founded by Fabian Quiñones in 2015, stemming from his vision of
bringing local musicians together and shifting the boundaries of metal
music to a more obscure and symbolic form of musical and artistic

‘Froid’, the first EP of CROC NOIR (France) online now, enjoy \m/

In January 2017, they have released a cassette tape of Froid with the
collaboration of Corde Raide Productions, a black metal publisher from

Croc Noir has a lot of musical influences, like Darkthrone, Drudkh,
Monarque, Nargaroth, Deathspell Omega, Emperor.
They are inspired by the song or the composition of these.

Their texts talks about the wilderness and the human nature, We follow a
man lost in the meanders of his human condition, his way to certain death
through his deep depression and his loneliness.

On this EP, Morgue composed the music, played and recorded guitars, bass
and drums and did the mixing and the mastering of all tracks. He is a past
member of the french Death Metal band named Sacred Hate.
Geist is the vocalist, so he wrote most of the texts, sangs in french and
also played folk instruments.
Abyss has written some texts but he will also be their bassist on the
future second EP.
